Each client is assigned a dedicated property manager who is responsible for:

Being familiar with the property and its requirements

Carrying out frequent property visits

Coordinating & managing gardeners, pool maintenance & cleaners

Providing regular updates (including highlighting any anticipated issues/works)

In addition to regular updates, your property manager also provides in-person client meetings throughout the year to walk through the property in detail to facilitate communication.

As such, Be Our Guest Key Club members will be taken through an initial property inspection meeting to ensure that the property has all the amenities needed for a positive guest experience. We will then provide advice and support in home preparation.
